Paint Protection Film

Clear Armor Against Rock Chips & Road Rash

Paint protection film (PPF) is a thick, optically clear urethane layer that absorbs impacts from gravel, sand, and debris before they reach your paint. It self-heals light swirls with heat and keeps the finish underneath looking new.

Our Process

01

Prep & Measure

The car is washed, decontaminated, and clayed. We pull the exact film patterns for your year, make, and model.

02

Cut & Fit

Patterns are plotted so the film is cut off the vehicle. Where a panel allows, edges are wrapped around so there's no visible line.

03

Install

Each piece is applied wet, squeegeed, and set. Complex areas like bumpers and mirrors are relieved and post-heated to hold their shape.

04

Cure & Finish

The film is inspected under light and left to cure. Minor haze and edge moisture clear within about a week.

Common Questions

What areas should I cover?+

The most common package is the full front — bumper, hood, fenders, mirrors, and headlights — since that's where impacts happen. Full-body coverage is available for maximum protection.

Is PPF visible?+

Quality film is optically clear. On wrapped edges you may see a faint line up close; on the panel face it's invisible.

How is it different from a ceramic coating?+

A ceramic coating is a thin chemical layer for gloss and easy cleaning — it does not stop rock chips. PPF is a physical barrier that does. Many customers do PPF on the front and a coating everywhere.

How long does it last?+

Good film carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty against yellowing, cracking, and delamination, and self-heals light marring with heat from the sun or warm water.
